Benchmark72 will build a dynamic and inclusive community, offering valuable opportunities for networking, professional development, and market integration across all membership levels. This tiered structure ensures that all members can benefit from and contribute to the club’s activities, promoting growth and collaboration within the sector.

Platinum Level

Eligibility: Individuals (or organisations) that have actively participated in at least one event (10 year celebration).
Benefits:
  • Attendance: Platinum members can attend all club events.
  • Organisation: Platinum members can organise their own events under the club's banner.
  • Speaking Opportunities: Platinum members can be speakers at club events.
  • Invitations: Platinum members can invite up to two Blue members each year to join the club.

Gold Level

Eligibility: Individuals or organisations with significant experience in the field who host an event to join.
Benefits:
  • Attendance: Gold members can attend all club events.
  • Organisation: Gold members can organise their own events under the club's banner.
  • Speaking Opportunities: Gold members can be speakers at club events.
  • Invitations: Gold members can invite one Blue member each year to join the club.

Blue Level

Eligibility: Individuals or organisations that are new to the market.
Benefits:
  • Attendance: Blue members can attend all club events.










 

Implementation Plan
1. Membership Criteria Establishment
  • Clearly describe the specific criteria and documentation required for each membership level.
  • Create a verification process for assessing the experience and participation of prospective Gold and Platinum members.
2. Event Calendar
  • Develop a comprehensive annual event calendar outlining opportunities for hosting, speaking, and attending.
  • Ensure a variety of events to cater to different member interests and expertise levels.
3. Invitation system
  • Design an invitation system that allows Platinum and Gold members to invite Blue members seamlessly – perhaps unique link to BrG website with membership login and/or registration
  • Track and monitor invitations to ensure compliance with the membership rules.
4. Communication strategy
  • Develop clear communication channels to keep members informed about upcoming events and opportunities (social media, newsletters etc.)
  • Implement a feedback mechanism to continuously improve the club’s offerings and member experience.
5. Member engagement
  • Get member organisations to sponsor (€) networking opportunities at events to foster connections between different membership levels.
  • Members can only get upgraded based on points for attending, speaking, sponsoring etc.
  • Provide additional resources and support for Blue members to help them integrate and grow within the market.
