We are seeking a talented and experienced PL/SQL & Windev Developer to join our dynamic IT development team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in IT development roles or similar functions, with a strong proficiency in Oracle database and PL/SQL. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should possess the ability to translate functional and nonfunctional requirements into system requirements. Experience in Windev, DevOps, and Git will be considered an asset. A solid understanding of Agile development principles and methodologies, particularly SCRUM, is essential. Candidates with experience in a production support environment and knowledge of ITIL will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional and nonfunctional requirements, and translate them into system requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers to support application functionality and business requirements.
• Develop Windev applications according to business needs, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth integration of developed solutions.
• Utilize Git for version control, managing code changes and facilitating collaboration within the development team.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, following SCRUM principles and methodologies.
• Provide production support for deployed applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in processes, tools, and technologies.
• Document technical designs, development activities, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT development roles or similar functions, with a focus on PL/SQL and Windev development.
• Proficiency in Oracle database technologies, including PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with Windev development environment, including design, development, and testing of Windev applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Working knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of Agile development principles and methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
• Experience in a production support environment and knowledge of ITIL processes will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
